The Executive Assistant for the Vice Chancellor of Enrollment will be responsible for the following:
• Serve as a contact for the Vice Chancellor of Enrollment (VCEM) to manage and maintain physical and electronic office correspondence, maintain calendar and appointment schedules, assists with travel arrangements, agenda preparation, creation of meeting minutes, and contact meeting participants.
• Monitor required daily/weekly/monthly campus reporting and consolidate results for interpretation by the VCEM.
• Monitor activity by campus and provide at-a-glance format for follow up by VCEM.
• Create and maintain templates for campuses use.
• Create PowerPoints for presentations and training materials, assist with portal updates.
• Creation of meeting agendas and coordination of arrangements associated with meetings.
• Interpret and synthesize large volumes of data into easily comprehensible information.
• Evaluate research tools and emerging technologies and keep abreast of trends in the recruitment field.
• Provide data to help build, evaluate, maintain, and calculate counselor benchmarks and performance.
• Monitor contact report activity.
• Modify as needed, internal Admissions Counselors tools and forms.
• Identify opportunities within the database to increase conversions at the campus level.
• Monitor the effectivity of counselors and collaborate with VCEM daily on recommendations for strategic inquiry reassignment, at and amongst campuses.
• Reconcile daily and weekly reports using CampusNexus system, dashboards, charts, pivot tables, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with the Information Technology team to assist in the development of effective admissions tracking tools and create automated reporting at the campus level.
• Utilize advanced tools and databases, internet resources, in-house data, and other resources to enhance and supplement marketing research.
• Proof read and edit campuses auto-email responses.

• A high degree of computer literacy, including strong technical skills using the internet as a research tool, electronic calendaring, and all major components of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• An excellent foundation of English grammar, spelling and punctuation and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the university and establish and maintain productive and effective, inclusive working relationships with staff and administration as well as internal and external constituents and visitors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure. 
• Ability to exercise tact, resourcefulness, and good judgement in a variety of work situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail.
